I have purchased 7 pairs of UGG Boots and I have sent them to my family in Europe. Unfortunately I didn't check properly every box so I didn't realise that I got two right side boots in one of the boxes. After few months my family returned wrong pair to Australia and I contacted UGG Direct to check if they can fix mistake they made. Their representative told me that I am too late ( seven months since I purchased) and that they will do nothing to help me.
