I found the boots I ordered to be of poor quality and ran small in size, so I had to return them.Not only do you have to pay the return shipping (which is rare for online only stores) they have the nerve to deduct a $10 “restocking fee”. Yeah, its so hard to scan a box and put it back on the shelf.I’ve never known any online store to do something so dodgy before. Especially considering you can’t try on, sizing varies a lot between styles, and the measurement method is unreliable.All up I was out of pocket $26. Then it took them 10 days to actually process it from the day they confirmed receiving it back. I had to follow-up to get them to do that.Would never use again UGG Direct again. Cheap products and bad service.In comparison, I’ll stick with ‘UGG since 1974’ in future. They have beautiful quality products and superb service. They’ve just offered to repair my beloved old pair and are even paying the shipping. Their staff are also so lovely and helpful.
