I placed an order on 21st November and still have not received the product I purchased. On 1st December, I reached out to customer service because the tracking information indicated delivery was due on 27th November. They sent me a tracking number that I already had. When I followed up about a shipping exception with the carrier, I was told to contact them myself. Now it's 10th December, and I've requested a refund for over £100, as I still don’t have the product and urgently need a power bank. After exploring alternatives, I realize there are many options available. I initially chose this company due to a friend's positive review, and he regrets recommending them to me. I thought they were trustworthy, but with their customer service and the issues with the carrier, it's been a nightmare. I just want my money back.
