I wanted to expand the ports of my iMac 24" Retina 4.5 K with the UGREEN Revodok Max 213 13-in-1 Hub docking station. However, it was not recognized by the iMac after docking. To test its function, I connected it to my Dell Latitude 7320 laptop. The laptop recognized it and I was able to test many functions: Reading from microSD and from external hard disks connected via USB worked without any problems. Even an old Blue-Ray player with two USB ports but no power supply could be connected and an inserted DVD could be viewed on the screen. Regarding the connection problem with the iMac, UGREEN customer service gave me the crucial tip to install the DisplayLink Manager. This solved the problem. All devices connected to the docking station can now also be read out with the iMac. My verdict: I am very satisfied with both the UGREEN Revodok Max 213 13 and the customer service.
