Poor choice of courier so did not receive item ordered.

UGREEN have a reputation for manufacturing well made items at a reasonable price. I visited the website Mon 4th March. On that website they clearly show "Trusted Delivery" companies. Now this is important to me because in the last year I have had several horrendous dealings with one courier in particular. Noting that I have not seen any mention of the courier I wished to avoid, I placed an order for an hdmi cable. Imagine my horror to receive an email from Evri, the very courier I was desperate to avoid and also who is not listed on the website ! After they made numerous changes to the delivery slots after failing to meet them (this is usual for them) and their support making all the usual excuses, the article has not arrived. On Tues 12th March I contacted service.ukugreen.com providing them with screen shots of the whole tracking and dealings with Evri support (who I now consider a total waste of effort). With due respect UGREEN support did respond quickly (I believe they are based in China). Despite my protests around using this courier and not a "Trusted Delivery" company they at least offered to send out another hdmi cable, asking that I return the original if (by some miracle) it was delivered. Today Wed 13th March I have again contacted service.ukugreen.com stating that I would rather have a refund, than go round in rings with their choice of courier. I will update this once I get a response to my email.I therefore can not recommend UGREEN because of my experience and felt it only fair to warn people regarding their use of "Trusted Delivery" couriers. *UPDATE. On the 14th March I received an email from UGREEN offering a sincere apology and notifying me that a full refund was being made.Throughout all of this matter UGREEN have been swift in replying to my emails, it's just a shame I didn't get to use one of their products.
