When it finally returned, I was charged multiple times even though I only submitted my information once. They assured me a refund was on the way, but two months later, I still haven't seen any money. I've called several times for updates, but each time I hear that it’s still processing and will be resolved within the week. It never is... I'm uncertain how long I should wait before considering legal action.
