United health care seems to farm out their customer service just like all other companies seem to do these days. It is extremely difficult to get an actual customer service representative on the phone and when you do, they act like they are doing you a favor by speaking with you. They are not helpful whatsoever and require you to jump through many hoops to prove your identity; once they finally believe you are who you say you are, they are completely useless in providing you the help that you called in seeking in the first place. Be prepared to waist 3o mins of your day without getting anywhere or anything you need. Good luck and God speed.
