No customer should have to repeatedly pursue a company for something they were assured. The situation is further aggravated by a complete lack of accountability and communication. When an agent leaves the organization, it should be standard practice to assign a new contact person. Unfortunately, this was never done in my case, leaving me without a clear point of contact for support or updates. Despite sending numerous emails and attempting to reach out via various communication platforms, my responses have been minimal at best. This level of unresponsiveness is not only frustrating but also quite disrespectful to clients who have placed their trust in the company regarding significant housing and financial matters. Overall, this experience raises serious doubts about the company's customer service standards and commitment to fulfilling their promises.
