Unfortunately, this was never done in my case, leaving me without a clear point of contact for support or updates. Despite sending numerous emails and attempting to reach out via various communication platforms, my responses have been minimal at best. This level of unresponsiveness is not only frustrating but also quite disrespectful to clients who have placed their trust in the company regarding significant housing and financial matters. Overall, this experience raises serious doubts about the company's customer service standards and commitment to fulfilling their promises.
