This website is impersonating DVLA and setting up unsuspecting monthly subscriptions of £39. I put in the search engine about changing the address on my licence and somehow I paid for a service I later found to be free. The customer services were so quick to cancel this with no questions asked. Reported to the National crime agency and I would strongly encourage others to do the same. Weirdly the reviews don't even the numbers reflective of others who have complained after falling victims to the same thing.
