Further to my previous 1 star review - I am happy to upgrade this to a 4 star based purely on how the customer service team dealt with my complaint. Initially, it was a - 'You signed up for this, it clearly states terms & conditions that you are setting up a subscription' (it does not, didn't even see the direct debit logo). Following my 1 star review and complaint to the company, they have agreed to refund my 2x£39 subscriptions. This happened quickly and with little fuss.
