Like so many others I needed to change my address on my drivers license which is free and some how when I thought I was logging into DVLA online I was logged into UK Roads system. I failed to take proper notice although the £39 change of address fee vaguely rang alarm bells I was stressed from my changing so many accounts at the same time and assumed that was another free service the government was now charging for. Realised too late and felt scammed by this company. Now been charged again this month not knowingly agreeing to join for this. Cancelled this today but company not prepared to refund me unlike other fortunate lady leaving a review. A complete scam as far as I am concerned and companies like this should be held to account. Not sure how they are intercepting DVLA service by people not paying attention at a very stressful time. DVLA system is very easy and reliable and is free my change of address has cost me £78 and I filled out the same form as I would have done from the DVLA. Very angry 85 year old pensioner. Also feeling so stupid for allowing myself to be duped by this company.
