I caution against buying from this company. The items I received were not fit for their intended purpose and did not match the description. After requesting a full refund, they offered me 5%, 10%, and 50% refunds, along with a coupon for my next purchase or the option to choose something from their website. They falsely claimed they couldn't process returns. I’m left questioning the intelligence of those handling my case. I want what I'm entitled to under consumer laws and will be contacting trading standards. Absolutely appalling! I only gave one star because there’s no option for none.
