I received my order, and it was nothing like shown in the video or pictures. It arrived with many parts missing, and despite the 14-day money-back guarantee stated, I have been requesting a refund since the day I received it, but they refuse to process my return. I am considering escalating this issue further.

I strongly advise against buying from this company. I ordered two large boxes of biscuits (which they refer to as pies) for £30. Instead, they sent me two bags with only four tiny 'pies' in each, and they weren't even the flavors I selected. I've been offered 20%, 30%, or 40% refunds or the option to choose something from their site. I'm still waiting for my refund and have filed a claim with my credit card.
Steer clear of this seller; they are scammers and provide subpar products. I ordered what was advertised as a 32TB hard drive similar to a well-known brand, but received a low-quality 30TB memory board in a cheap imitation case. It's a total fraud! I'm still trying to get my refund.
