We had a very disappointing experience with System for UK Filters and their reverse osmosis system.
Despite being advertised as a DIY installation, this is absolutely not the case. The instructions and information provided were poor, unclear, and incomplete. We ended up having to hire a plumber, which immediately cost us £180 just to get started. The plumber then advised us that the system itself appears to be faulty.
Customer service was equally frustrating — unhelpful and lacking clear guidance when we needed support. For a system of this price, we expected far better communication and reliability.
Unfortunately, as much as we wanted a reverse osmosis system, this experience has been nothing but stressful and costly. I highly do not recommend this company or their product. Victoria
Dealing with this service has been a fantastic experience. I purchased my RO filter about six months ago and am very satisfied with it. The support team reached out multiple times to ensure I was pleased with the product and that everything was working well. When I ordered the replacement filters, six months later, they provided a video with clear instructions, allowing me to handle the installation myself. Shortly after, I received an email checking in to see if everything was satisfactory and if I needed any further help. Their customer service is outstanding, and I feel extremely well supported. I highly recommend the product and this service.
I have been a customer of the service for several years. During this time, I have sought their advice on filter types and discussed fitting issues. They have always been responsive and professional, offering advice freely. They also remind me when it's time to change my filter, which is helpful since it's easy to forget. Throughout my time with them, delivery has consistently been excellent, usually within a week.
The timely reminders are incredibly helpful, and the reordering process is simple. The product is excellent, providing filtered water for up to six months (load it and forget it). Delivery is always prompt and secure. The service is impeccable, with excellent communication throughout.
