We had a very disappointing experience with System for UK Filters and their reverse osmosis system.
Despite being advertised as a DIY installation, this is absolutely not the case. The instructions and information provided were poor, unclear, and incomplete. We ended up having to hire a plumber, which immediately cost us £180 just to get started. The plumber then advised us that the system itself appears to be faulty.
Customer service was equally frustrating — unhelpful and lacking clear guidance when we needed support. For a system of this price, we expected far better communication and reliability.
Unfortunately, as much as we wanted a reverse osmosis system, this experience has been nothing but stressful and costly. I highly do not recommend this company or their product. Victoria
