🚨 Frustration Alert! 🚨I’m really disappointed with my Beats by Dre Powerbeats Pro. I bought them just over a year ago and have used them no more than once a week.Unfortunately, I've faced ongoing issues with connectivity, charging, and battery life. They’ve been sent in for repairs three times, each time with different reasons given.I’ve spent so much time trying to get these fixed! I was advised to take them to an Apple Store, but my work schedule made that difficult. Finally, I managed to visit the Apple Store in Lincoln, only to be told they needed to be sent away for repairs.Initially, they were under warranty when I reported the problems, but now they’ve just come out of warranty. Today, I received a response stating that they are water damaged—absolutely ridiculous! I always clean them after use, and now I’m being asked to pay £200 for repairs.I've owned various Beats headphones over the years, but after this experience, I won’t be purchasing them again.
