I've been using the beats by dr.dre studio pro headphones for the past one year and i can say i love them!!I like how it is easy to use its features and the noise cancellation is amazing. The problem i have is the battery life for the product like 10 hours of battery life is so low.other than than i love everything else about these headphones.

🚨 Frustration Alert! 🚨I’m really disappointed with my Beats by Dre Powerbeats Pro. I bought them just over a year ago and have used them no more than once a week.Unfortunately, I've faced ongoing issues with connectivity, charging, and battery life. They’ve been sent in for repairs three times, each time with different reasons given.I’ve spent so much time trying to get these fixed! I was advised to take them to an Apple Store, but my work schedule made that difficult. Finally, I managed to visit the Apple Store in Lincoln, only to be told they needed to be sent away for repairs.Initially, they were under warranty when I reported the problems, but now they’ve just come out of warranty. Today, I received a response stating that they are water damaged—absolutely ridiculous! I always clean them after use, and now I’m being asked to pay £200 for repairs.I've owned various Beats headphones over the years, but after this experience, I won’t be purchasing them again. I've checked online forums and found that many others have faced similar issues.Think twice before buying this model! 😡 #Beats #CustomerService #Frustration
Twice purchased Beats X and Beats Flex earphones: the first time after 13 months a malfunction made them unusable and, as they were no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty (limited to 12 months for online purchases), the request for repair was almost equivalent to the expense of buying a brand new Beats Flex. So I choose to buy the brand new Beats Flex model from a retailer to ensure the 24-month warranty. Also in this case after 13 months the device stops working. Fortunately the warranty coverage allowed me to receive a replacement but I have the fervent fear that in 13 months I will have to buy myself a new pair of bluetooth earphones… certainly not this time from the Beats brand.
Do not buy anything under this brand. Once they become faulty (which they will) the company fob you off with “it’s your fault”. No sign of damage, they look perfect but clearly not workin.Dreadful customer service, treat you like something on their shoe.
Please steer clear of these utterly appalling headphones.I was bought a pair of Powerbeats Pro headphones. They rarely connect to the ridiculously sized box they come in, and when they do more often than not only one charges, so one ear is flat. After some weeks of nursing these sub standard rip offs when charging them I gave up and bought a £15 pair of wireless headphones off Amazon. The sound quality is the same, they are reliable and don’t come in a ridiculously sized charging box that fails to work. Oh, and they did not cost more than £200.Steer clear.
I've now had the 3rd replacement BeatsX headphones break with the same fault with all of them. The wiring is poor and will fail. Apple have now told me that they are out of warranty and will cost to repair. Pretty disappointing considering they originally cost me £120.
