This was last published 18 March 2016I purchased an expensive pair of in ear headphones from Beats by Dre and for the first 18 months was very satisfied with my investment. As i was approaching the end of my warranty period the product developed a problem and customer services resolved the matter impeccably and replaced my earphones. The replacement set is now less than 9 months old and i have already experienced a number of problems and this time round when i contacted customer services they couldn't care less about me as a customer and where very clear about that. These are an expensive purchase and I am a big believer of spending money on quality that lasts but, when I encounter problems like this I feel incredibly disappointed and left with a bitter taste in my mouth, considering I have been encouraging my friends and family to by this brand.Unfortunately I am still encountering more problems and have had these earphones changed 3 times and each time I get to use the product for around 10 times before it breaks again with the same question and answer session. After the last change of product I made the agent write a specific note on my profile to acknowledge that if this product fails again I am not prepared to accept the same model as I have no confidence in the product, but Beats have just informed me that they will no longer support the model and I have effectively wasted 3 years with an incredibly poor product. I will now make sure that I choose a different brand in the future to avoid all this heartache and time wasted
