Absolutely appalling company. I ordered a doll for my daughter. It was lost in EVRI’s warehouse. The company told me I had to wait for Evri to find the parcel and to return to Bowlift and then they would send it to me. I requested a refund they said they’d pay 75%. They neither paid a refund or sent the doll so I started a dispute with my bank and 40 emails from the company later finally got a full refund thanks to my bank.
