Extremely Disappointed - Avoid This Service

I really didn’t want to give just one star, but this service has been a letdown. I ordered a grinder as a Christmas gift and there’s been no update on its delivery. Every email I get just states that their support team is investigating the issue. I strongly advise against using this service unless you want to risk losing your money. I’ve had to involve my bank to try and recover my funds. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely Disappointed with My Recent Purchase

I've just received my robotic toy, and I can honestly say that it is quite disappointing! First of all, the toy's body is far less durable than it looks in the promotional images. There is a hole in its back, barely concealed by the 'fur,' which is thin and not securely attached. Most importantly - IT DOES NOT FUNCTION!! After trying three different sets of brand new batteries, there is no sign of life from my 'lifelike' puppy. It is, frankly, lifeless. I would strongly advise against buying this item. At £39, it is overpriced, and it's disgraceful that it is of such poor quality.

Regrettable purchase, poor quality items

I made the mistake of not checking the reviews and ended up spending £50 on a scarf, hat, and gloves set for a Christmas gift. When they arrived, I was extremely disappointed with the quality; they felt very cheap and could easily be found at a local discount store for much less. When I reached out to the support team for a refund, they informed me that I would need to pay between £20 and £80 to return the items. I strongly advise against shopping here!

Avoid this company at all costs

I fell for misleading marketing that showcased charming mechanical dogs, which I thought would be perfect Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. However, when the dog arrived, I was appalled by how little it resembled the pictures on the box. It turned out to be a cheap and unattractive item, unworthy of keeping. This company should be ashamed!

Product received in poor condition, refund process frustrating

The item was delivered in a damaged state, and I was denied a full refund unless I returned it to Canada, which would cost $88. The item itself was much cheaper, and it arrived in a regular box without proper packaging. I really wish I had seen reviews like this before dealing with this company. I strongly advise others not to be misled as I was.

Complete waste of time and scammers

This was a total waste of time and a scam. I ordered electric heated gloves that took three weeks to arrive, and when they did, they were just flimsy, cheap gloves—neither electric nor heated.

This website is a major scam

This website is a significant scam! They only allow you five minutes to cancel, without any clear notice. When I contacted customer service, they refused to cancel my order. They also sell fake products shipped from overseas at inflated prices.

Complete scam

This is a scam. After 15 days, my item still hadn't arrived. When I requested a refund, the customer service initially said they would look into it because the tracking wasn't working. They later updated the tracking but said it might take another seven days. Avoid this total scam.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered gloves for work, and two weeks later they still hadn't shipped. They claimed there were issues, and after another week, they informed me the gloves were out of stock. I requested a refund, but they were reluctant and suggested credit instead. I told them I would involve an ombudsman, and I finally received my refund today. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this. Please, avoid buying from this company.

Lack of customer care from Bowlift

Bowlift shows no regard for customer rights. They quickly took my money for an online order but failed to deliver on time. After several emails, I finally received a product that didn't represent the price I paid. They are unwilling to provide a full refund, offering only a 10% refund instead and pushing for me to order another item. Where is their accountability? I can't even give them one star due to my shopping experience.
