Bowlift shows no regard for customer rights. They quickly took my money for an online order but failed to deliver on time. After several emails, I finally received a product that didn't represent the price I paid. They are unwilling to provide a full refund, offering only a 10% refund instead and pushing for me to order another item. Where is their accountability? I can't even give them one star due to my shopping experience.
