Thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience. The item took far too long to arrive and when it did it wasn't the product I had ordered. After a week of emailing back and forth getting conflicting promises about how they would resolve the issue they eventually decided that they were not responsible for the erroneous details in the Internet listing and I would need to return the item at my own expense. They are not UK based as they claim. The return postage was going to be more than double the cost of the purchase, up to $80.I've been left without the product I needed and out of pocket. I'll avoid this company at all costs. It's a SCAM.
