DO NOT ENGAGE – NOT A UK COMPANY, SCAM EXPERIENCEI purchased lights from this company believing they were UK-based. After two weeks with no delivery, I checked the tracking and saw the items were actually being shipped from China. When I contacted them, I was given constant excuses and no real answers.What did arrive did not look like what was advertised it was cheap and parts of the lights were bent. What followed was endless back-and-forth emails offering discounts, partial refunds, and anything except returning my money. I opened a dispute with my payment provider and—based on the company’s own communications—was eventually refunded. Before that, the company tried to get me to close the claim by promising a refund, but if you do that, they will only give a partial refund and your payment provider can no longer help you.Lesson learned: always check reviews first. Avoid this company.
