Ordered a toaster. Chased the order after a week due to no tracking update. I received a fast response to be told they need a few days to look in to what had happened to my order. A few days later i received an email stating they had no stock and offered me a voucher for around £27.00 more than my purchase cost ! I quickly declined and requested a full refund only to be ignored. I called PayPal and the refund was issued straight away by them. AVOID will only end up chasing your own refund !
