⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 — Deeply Disappointed With My ExperienceI normally don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with BowLift so others can make an informed decision.I ordered a lamp that was advertised in a way that led me to believe it was a genuine Soletti lamp. To my dismay, what I received appears to be a very poor imitation. It even has “Soletti” imprinted on the underside, which makes the situation feel extremely misleading.The build quality is, in my opinion, terrible. The lamp didn’t even work when I plugged it in. The flex cord felt flimsy and, frankly, unsafe. It was also so short that it made placement completely impractical. At no point did this product resemble the craftsmanship I expected from a Soletti design.What made everything worse was the complete lack of customer service. I was unable to reach anyone by phone, and none of my emails were answered. At this point, I honestly don’t know how a company can operate with such silence toward its customers.Based on my experience, I would urge others to be extremely cautious before ordering from BowLift. I personally would not purchase from them again.
