Scam!!! I purchased a furniture item for £160. I was given an order number and then nothing for weeks. I contacted Bowlift and received an quick response which promised a resolution. That didnt happen. I contacted them again. And again. And again. Kept getting the runaround. Honestly, I believe their reply system is automated. Finally I demanded a refund and surprise surprise, never heard from them again. I went to PayPal to raise my concerns, as the payment was made through them, they asked me to contact the seller through them, a kind of middle man facilitator, which I did. I explained I believed I had been scammed etc. I have now received a refund via PayPal. Do not use this site it is stealing from unsuspecting consumers and Im guessing if you are reading this then you are their latest victim. Wish you had read this before buying? Me too.
