I tried to cancel my order but this message was ignored. I also messaged them via Facebook Messenger which was read. I sent a second email to another address they give and they replied but did not sort my issue and now they have sent the item - so they say. I have found their customer service appalling. UPDATE - see their comment below. Now they respond via email saying that they have not received my emails...which they obviously did to have replied to it! (Be aware they have two email addresses) and they say it was too late to cancel my order. Total rip off and I can only imagine, after seeing other comments on here, that the items will be totally substandard. Nightmare! NEXT UPDATE You are helping us heal Tibet. For every product sold, Buddha Stones will donate part of the proceeds from every product sold to Tibetan charity projects to help poor children in Tibet obtain a good education. We hope to hire teachers to teach in these areas and build classrooms so that these children can learn in peace. YES...this is how they promote themselves on their website. And they say UK Buddhastone...nothing whatsoever to do with UK or Tibet. China yes...so beware.
