I purchased the Harem trousers, and they feature a quality fabric that is both soft and durable. The craftsmanship is impressive, and the colors are appealing. The trim and finish are well-executed. They are practical and fit my needs perfectly, providing comfort and warmth. If I decide to buy again, I would opt for a smaller size, as the online sizing guidelines for trousers could be improved. The support team was easy to work with, very friendly, and quick to respond to my inquiries.
I ordered on the 22nd of November, and as of the 9th of December, I still haven't received my item. I have lost faith in this company regarding the delivery. Update: They contacted me after this review, not before as they suggested.
The sizing was a bit confusing. I received an item that was too large, and the returns process wasn't very clear. However, I received guidance on how to return and exchange, and while I await the replacement, the original item appeared well-crafted and of good quality.
I bought three items, all of which were stylish and of good quality. One item didn’t suit me, so I requested an exchange via a link on social media, and they informed me that the replacement would be at a reasonable shipping cost. I'm currently waiting for it to arrive.
