I ordered the size for the garment as per their sizing chart and it was far too small. When I contacted the Customer Service they confirmed their sizing is always 3 sizes too small. When I asked for a full refund they ignored the request, did not provide the returns address (it is not on their website as they are based in Nepal) and bribed me that the correct size garment would be posted as long as I paid them a further £12 for postage and their inconvenience and wrote a favourable reply on Trustpilot. I have wasted time and money on this retailer but no more. Avoid at all cost!
