I ordered from the UK and received the parcel when expected. However, a small piece of the bracelet fell off on the first day I wore it. I informed the store about it not really expecting anything. To my surprise, they responded! They offered to send me a replacement and a gift necklace to continental Europe where I was moving to- it was waiting for me when I arrived! I love the pieces I got from the store and grateful for their exceptional customer service.
