I am impressed with the responsiveness of the customer service. Unfortunately, the garment I received was too small, and there is no easy returns process - I discovered the only way to return it would be to post it back to China from the UK at my own expense. Fortunately Tashi has arranged for a replacement garment to be sent, if I pay the extra and postage.I have agreed to this and chosen a new garment. I was told I had to leave a review before the replacement would be sent, so I am doing that now.
