I ordered from this shop because I thought it was based in the UK. The fact that this shop has the UK included in its web address is misleading from the get-go. It is not based in the UK, but in China. I did not expect amazing quality to start with, but the quality of the two pairs of pants I received was just appalling. I would not even wear them at home. It took two weeks for me to receive them, and now it seems impossible not only to get the address from the shop so I could send them back, but also to get a refund. Here's my order number UKBS40131UPDATE: After posting my Trustpilot review, I received a refund minus the shipping cost and an apology from the store.
