The product is fantastic, but the return service is lacking. I ordered trainers that were one size too small and requested an exchange, but exchanges aren't offered. I then asked for store credit. After printing return labels and scheduling a courier, it took three attempts to collect them. The trainers were sent back to the seller, who took ages to process them. There's no phone support, just an online form where all I get is a generic response about patience. Great products, but the after-service is terrible if you need to return anything.
