I can't believe what happened. I bought a cardigan, knowing it might be too small, but due to the reasonable price, I went ahead. Upon receiving it, I realized it wouldn't fit and immediately arranged for a return. After 15 days of trying to reach customer service, I was told they wouldn't refund me because they claimed I had worn it and removed the tags. I never wore it; it arrived without tags! I explained this, but they stopped responding. The cardigan came back a few days later. Their quality control is as poor as their customer service. How can I trust them again?
