I had a very poor experience with customer service. I received a belt in the wrong size that cost me £320. I arranged a return, printed the labels, but the courier never showed up during the scheduled time. After rescheduling for the next day and waiting again, no courier arrived. Their support only offers messaging options, and I received no response. I won't be buying from them again.
