I've been deceived twice. The first time, I received a used bag and they only offered a partial refund, which I refused. It took a month to get my full refund. The second time, they sent me the wrong bag in a color I didn't order, which was $300 cheaper than what I originally bought. I'm furious; it feels like they're being deceptive and not caring about their customers. I'll never shop here again.
