I ordered a bag on December 1st and got it on December 4th, but it was not the item I had ordered. I reached out to the support team immediately and returned the bag for an exchange. Unfortunately, two weeks later, I am still waiting. The bag was meant to be a birthday gift, and I was hoping to get the correct item by December 10th. I understand that errors can occur, but this entire situation has been quite stressful.
