Review Time
The bag is very beautiful and huge especially for a petite girl! The only issue is the disgusting website. Extremely slow and confusing and it constantly needs reloading. The rest of the experience is fine but I had to really calm my nerves to handle reloading 7 times to barely make it in time to buy a gift for my wife. It was a blast from the past, as if their server was made in the early 2000's, Pentium IV or so with ADSL 1.
Ordered on 19/1 expecting delivery within 2-5 days, for a gift 29/1, still not arrived, nobody on phones, no chat available, have messaged 4 times and had 4 replies saying it's been looked into, no result as yet, very poor service won't use again, shouldn't have to complain like this to hopefully get a resolution
The product I bought didn't look like the photos or meet my expectations, so I returned it right away. I dropped it off with Evri on December 20th, 2025. It’s been in transit since then, with the last update on January 8th. I've been in touch with Coach customer service frequently and have also filed a complaint. They just keep telling me to be patient! This is unacceptable! It seems to be lost in transit, but that's not my responsibility! The customer service is extremely poor! They refuse to give me a refund, and no one is resolving the issue!
If I could rate them with negative stars, I certainly would. I placed an order in NOVEMBER LAST YEAR for Christmas, expecting delivery within 3-5 days, yet here I am two months later without a single item. I've sent countless emails with no helpful responses. Their phone line is unavailable, and I've received no communication despite having paid for my order. I've had to spend additional money to secure gifts. I'm utterly shocked by the complete absence of customer support. My only recourse now is to escalate this issue, as I feel deceived by this so-called 'reputable' organization. I look forward to their excuses regarding my official complaint.
I ordered a bag in November, and it arrived wrapped from the factory but had a large black mark on the inside, which seemed like the leather sealing substance had accidentally smeared across it when wet. Additionally, the leather on the front was creased. I reached out to the customer service team via email for an exchange, but their responses took two weeks each time. They ultimately suggested I could return it for a full refund, which I was already aware of. I still wanted the bag, but the delay and poor attitude from customer service were frustrating. I had no choice but to buy the bag again (now I've paid twice!) because the customer service delays made me anxious about missing the final return date. I'm currently waiting for a refund for the damaged item and the new one to arrive—thanks to the lackluster customer service. Having bought many bags from the company in another country, this was my first experience with the online store here, and it has left me quite dissatisfied.
My daughter is thrilled with her bag, and we snagged it at an amazing sale price. The quality is stunning, and the delivery was surprisingly quick given the holiday season. I would certainly purchase again.

There has been no communication from the support team about my return or exchange. The service has been poor. The expected timeframes keep extending, and the communication continues to deteriorate. Be cautious—if you don't respond to their messages promptly (even after waiting 1-2 business days for a reply), they will close your message, forcing you to restart the process.
I placed my first order, but only one of the two items arrived. I'm really disappointed, as these items were meant to be a birthday gift for a friend tomorrow. I've reached out to the support team and am waiting for a reply. Issues like this make me hesitant to order again.
