I ordered a bag in November, and it arrived wrapped from the factory but had a large black mark on the inside, which seemed like the leather sealing substance had accidentally smeared across it when wet. Additionally, the leather on the front was creased. I reached out to the customer service team via email for an exchange, but their responses took two weeks each time. They ultimately suggested I could return it for a full refund, which I was already aware of. I still wanted the bag, but the delay and poor attitude from customer service were frustrating. I had no choice but to buy the bag again (now I've paid twice!) because the customer service delays made me anxious about missing the final return date. I'm currently waiting for a refund for the damaged item and the new one to arrive—thanks to the lackluster customer service. Having bought many bags from the company in another country, this was my first experience with the online store here, and it has left me quite dissatisfied.
