My partner ordered a treadmill and received an email stating that the courier had it and it was on its way. Ten days later, the item is still with them, and I haven't received anything. I emailed the courier multiple times without a reply. They lack a contact number, and upon researching, I found they are a dormant company. Clearly, this is a third-rate operation or worse—a scam. After contacting the company, they informed me my treadmill has been lost! A 32kg treadmill lost in transit? Ridiculous! I've requested a full refund, but I’m not optimistic. Avoid this company at all costs.
