Saw a lot of negatives but it came in 4 days and works really well so let's put a vote for a positive experience. Slight wobble was their website was down for two days but it came back up to track the order
Avoid this company and save yourself a headache! I requested to return my treadmill as I got the measurements incorrect and when it arrived it was bigger than expected so I had nowhere to store it. Took over a week to get a return sorted out as they were very slow to respond to emails and kept offering me £20 to keep the item so each time I said no thank you it took another couple of days for a new response. I had to phone customer services twice and they finally arranged for the item to be collected from my property. 18 days later and I have heard nothing from deer run. For an expensive item, you would at least expect an email to confirm they are in receipt of the goods and processing a refund. Nothing. Contacted customer services twice now and both times I've been told they have limited information and need to find out if the item is back at the warehouse to process a refund. Put on hold forever. Surely after 18 days the item has been received, inspected and a refund is in process. Was told they would get back to me about the matter but on both occasions I've heard absolutely nothing so have had to do a chargeback on my credit card as I'm getting absolutely nowhere with them and tired of going around in circles. I just want my £200 back! Honestly one of the worst companies I've dealt with.
I ordered a treadmill during the Black Friday sale, and it arrived promptly without any issues. However, the app is extremely frustrating, prompting me to utilize the 60-day return guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they handle the collection for you, saving you the hassle of organizing the return. UNFORTUNATELY, they are now asserting that the collection was unsuccessful, despite the fact that it was picked up from my home. They had already marked it as "unsuccessful collection" two days prior to the actual pickup, and I pointed out that the courier had a different collection date. After the pickup, I sent another email confirming that it was successful, so it seems they either don’t read customer messages or struggle with understanding English. Regardless, I sincerely hope they don’t try to claim that I still have the treadmill, which would prevent my refund. I will update this review once a resolution is reached.
I wish I had looked at the reviews beforehand. This service is quick to take your money but fails to deliver the products. I've reached out to their customer support team multiple times without any response. As a customer spending a significant amount, I expected their support team to be excellent. Claiming delivery within 2-4 working days on their website is misleading. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this service to reconsider.
The customer service was completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using this company! I canceled my order right away, only to be informed that it was already on its way (which it definitely was not!). They claimed they would refund a water bottle, but I never ordered one! I was then told to refuse the delivery to receive a full refund, which I did, but now I haven't heard anything back! I'm extremely frustrated with this dishonest service and will be taking further action! Stay away from this company!
Steer clear of this service; they are dishonest and untrustworthy. I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive before Christmas, but on Christmas Eve, I received an email saying it was out of stock, five days after my order. Completely unacceptable.
I would give zero stars if I could! I placed two orders, one for myself and another for my elderly mother to help her stay active. The first order was made on November 21st and still hasn't arrived, despite numerous scheduled deliveries that never happened! I've requested a refund for both orders and am waiting for a response! This company should be ashamed. Please cancel both orders and process my refund immediately.

They lack a contact number, and upon researching, I found they are listed as a dormant company. This raises serious concerns about their legitimacy. I also contacted the seller, and within 24 hours, I was informed via email that my treadmill has been lost in transit! It’s hard to believe that a 32kg treadmill could just vanish. I’ve requested a full refund, but I’m not optimistic about it. I strongly advise avoiding this service.

I'm left with the cost of disposing of these faulty items, while I receive constant automated emails claiming it's been 'passed to the relevant department' and to 'please be patient.' This has been ongoing for three weeks, and the company is clearly scamming customers. The distributor is also unresponsive. I suspect the customer service 'agents' are bots. They have my money, and I'm stuck with two worthless treadmills that will cost me over £100 to dispose of. Absolute scammers.
