I bought two treadmills, one as a replacement for a faulty unit, and both have the same issue, deemed unfixable by the tech support team. No refund has been issued despite promises. I'm left with the cost of disposing of these faulty items, while I receive constant automated emails claiming it's been 'passed to the relevant department' and to 'please be patient.' This has been ongoing for three weeks, and the company is clearly scamming customers. The distributor is also unresponsive. I suspect the customer service 'agents' are bots. They have my money, and I'm stuck with two worthless treadmills that will cost me over £100 to dispose of. Absolute scammers.
