My partner ordered a treadmill and received a notification stating that the courier service had picked up the item and it was en route. Ten days later, there’s still no sign of it, and I haven’t received any updates. I reached out to the courier multiple times via email but received no response. They lack a contact number, and upon researching, I found they are listed as a dormant company. This raises serious concerns about their legitimacy. I also contacted the seller, and within 24 hours, I was informed via email that my treadmill has been lost in transit! It’s hard to believe that a 32kg treadmill could just vanish. I’ve requested a full refund, but I’m not optimistic about it. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
