I have indicated during checkout to deliver the item to my home address. Instead, it was delivered on a DHL service point which was too far from where I live. I have to travel and collect it in a Ryman's store which I am not too happy to do. On my first attempt to collect it, they said the parcel was not on their inventory list at the store. In my DHL email, a locker code was provided and so I thought it was inside a locker somewhere. So I rang DHL customer service to sort the missing parcel. Turns out, the parcel was just there sitting in the store room and not added on the system that's why they insisted that it was not with them. I have to return the following day to get it. Horrible experience just to find my parcel.
