Having sold to this company several times in the past I used them again to sell another item. This time the service has been terrible. Not sure what is going on with Designer Exchange but for me the slow service, poor communication are red flags. I have now asked them to return my item to me so I can sell elsewhere as waiting over a month for payment is not good enough. Such a shame their service has nose dived. Let’s see if I get my item back.
