Returns process is horrendous, took over 45 minutes on live chat with them trying to get a label from them, just for them to say it will take a little while for the return to be approved. Why is it such a long process for returns? Most online companies you can generate a returns label in less than a minute. Awful and I’ll never be ordering from them again, not worth the hassle. Customer service agent Jemma was particularly useless.
