I have bought Elemis for years because their products are second to one but I recently had an experience that deserves special mention. The website wasn't showing my list of products I ordered at checkout as it usually does so I unwittingly duplicated some products it had saved in my basket from earlier browsing. Dealing with customer service was so easy. They are really professional, helpful and made it so easy for me to resolve. I love Elemis even more after this! Thank you.
