I bought clothes online from ETHNC UK. Before I paid, I made sure they knew what size I needed. I asked them to check. They said, 'Yes, it's correct.' But, when the clothes arrived, they were the wrong size. It's much too big.I tried to call them on the phone. I called every day for three days. No one answered. I also sent an email to their customer service. I explained the problem. They did not reply to my email.They have a shop in the UK, but they don't help customers. They don't answer calls or emails. This is very bad. I am very unhappy with my order.I do not recommend buying from ETHNC UK. They made a mistake and did not fix it. I had a very, very bad experience.
