I spent over £100 pound on clothes for Ethnic and I never received them, when I tried to contact them via email I got no reply thankfully I paid by paypal so I opened a case but unfortunately I didn’t get full amount back I lost out on the delivery I paid
I bought several items but returned some due to poor quality and incorrect sizes. It's been over two weeks with no updates about my refund. I've tried reaching the support team, but no one is available. I have the refund receipt from the post office, but I'm unsure how to proceed to get my money back. I want to stress that all items were returned in their original packaging and unworn.

The staff at the location in Stratford were fantastic! They made the shopping experience enjoyable, assisting us in finding sizes and checking availability at other branches. They helped us locate the items we needed and offered alternatives for those that were out of stock. The staff was friendly and their customer service was exceptional! Thanks to the team for their support!

I strongly advise against this company. They claimed my package was lost and refused a refund, only to 'find' it after I threatened legal action. The quality of the clothes is poor, and their operations reflect a lack of integrity. Disappointing experience from start to finish.
